These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9aph platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on 9aph.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 9aph platform at 9aph.net. 9aph reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the 9aph platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and enforced without exception. 9aph verifies age through mandatory KYC document submission. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate regulatory authority as required by applicable law.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 9aph platform is intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful or restricted is prohibited. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their access to and use of the 9aph platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 9aph makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 9aph platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified through any means including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP analysis, identity document review, or payment method matching, 9aph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently bar the User from re-registration.
2.4 Registration Information. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep such information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 KYC Verification. 9aph requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal transaction. KYC may be required at other times at 9aph's discretion, including upon deposit, during a security review, or when account activity triggers a compliance flag. Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or national ID. 9aph reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient for verification purposes.
The 21+ minimum age requirement is an absolute condition of platform access. There are no exceptions under any circumstances. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to create an Account, deposit funds, or play any game on the 9aph platform.
3.1 Account Security. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 9aph will never ask for a User's password through any channel including email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted using a User's login credentials is deemed to have been authorized by that User, unless the User notifies 9aph of unauthorized access without undue delay.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If a User suspects unauthorized access to their Account, they must contact 9aph customer support immediately at support at 9aph.net. 9aph will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon receiving such notification. 9aph shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their Account credentials.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account or any rights thereto to any third party. Funds held in a User's Wallet may not be transferred to another User's Account or to any external party except through an authorized withdrawal to the User's own verified payment method.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 9aph will notify the User via registered email and/or SMS prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fees. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any required verification procedures.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 9aph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9aph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. 9aph reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. These minimums may be revised by 9aph from time to time. Current transaction limits applicable to a User's Account tier are displayed within the Account dashboard.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and typically reflected in the User's Wallet within two (2) minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take between fifteen (15) minutes and sixty (60) minutes to process depending on the User's bank and transaction volume. 9aph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or the User's financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed by 9aph upon verification that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, KYC verification is complete, and no active security review is pending. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes for verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours. 9aph reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to a User's 9aph Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. 9aph prohibits deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, 9aph reserves the right to return the deposit and request documentation confirming the source of funds before permitting further transactions.
4.6 Transaction Fees. 9aph does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Users are advised that their payment provider — GCash, PayMaya, or their bank — may apply their own fees independent of 9aph. 9aph has no control over third-party transaction fees.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 9aph are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods that are stated in the applicable promotion's individual terms. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any cash balance is released for withdrawal.
5.3 One Bonus Per User. Promotional offers are limited to one per User, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. 9aph reserves the right to cancel bonus credits and void associated winnings where abuse of promotional terms is suspected or confirmed.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the User's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
5.5 Modification and Cancellation. 9aph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to active promotions via the platform notification system or registered contact details.
Always review the specific bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer on 9aph. Wagering requirements and eligible games vary by promotion. Questions about bonus terms can be directed to the 9aph support team.
6.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on the 9aph platform — including slots and RNG table games — are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Certification records are available upon request through the 9aph support team.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers contracted by 9aph. These games use physical dealing equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — handled by human dealers under studio oversight. 9aph makes no representations beyond those provided by its certified studio partners regarding the fairness of live dealer outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress — including server disconnection, game software error, or any other technical failure — 9aph's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, that win is void and the staked amount will be returned to the User's Wallet.
6.4 Game Results. Game results displayed on the 9aph platform are final once a round is completed. Results cannot be reversed or amended at a User's request except where 9aph determines, in its sole discretion, that a technical malfunction or verifiable error occurred during the relevant game round.
6.5 Return-to-Player (RTP). RTP percentages for all slot games available on the 9aph platform are published within the relevant game information panel. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9aph platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 9aph Content. All content on the 9aph platform — including but not limited to the 9aph name and wordmark, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 9aph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. 9aph grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any 9aph content without prior written authorization.
8.3 Restrictions. Users must not frame, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract content from the 9aph platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use of 9aph intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal proceedings.
9.1 Service Availability. 9aph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While 9aph endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to any Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability for which 9aph shall not be liable.
9.2 Gambling Losses. 9aph is not liable to any User for gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and Users participate at their own risk. 9aph's total liability to any User, in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — other than in cases of proven fraud or willful misconduct by 9aph — shall not exceed the amount of real money funds deposited by the User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Third-Party Services. 9aph is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications providers, except where 9aph has expressly assumed responsibility in a separate written agreement.
9.4 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9aph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to a User's access to or use of the platform, regardless of whether 9aph was advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 Suspension by 9aph. 9aph reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's Account at any time and without prior notice where 9aph has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete required verification, or where account activity raises a compliance or security concern. During a suspension, the User may not access their Account, place bets, or process transactions. 9aph will inform the User of the suspension reason and resolution process as soon as practicable.
10.2 Permanent Closure. Where a violation of these Terms is confirmed, 9aph may permanently close the User's Account. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, minors accessing the platform, or other serious violations, all balances — including real money funds — may be forfeited pending investigation and regulatory reporting as required by law.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 9aph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Active wagering requirements must be resolved before withdrawal.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through the Account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before the requested period expires. See Section 11 for further detail on responsible gaming tools.
11.1 Commitment. 9aph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting Users who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. 9aph provides a suite of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner.
11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 9aph Users through the Account Settings panel:
11.3 Minor Protection. 9aph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification measures at registration and upon withdrawal. 9aph encourages account holders to take measures to prevent minors from accessing their Account credentials or devices used to access the platform.

12.1 Data Collection and Use. The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Users to the 9aph platform is governed by the 9aph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Users also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Regulatory Disclosure. 9aph may be required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose User information — including identity documents, transaction records, and account activity — to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement, or other governmental authorities. 9aph will fulfill such obligations without prior notice to the User where required by law.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 9287 and other gaming, consumer protection, and data privacy legislation as administered by the relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a User and 9aph arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication with the 9aph support team. Users should submit their complaint in writing to support at 9aph.net with full details of the matter.
13.3 Escalation. If a complaint submitted to 9aph support is not resolved to the User's satisfaction within thirty (30) days, the User may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. 9aph shall cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation arising from an escalated complaint.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to any applicable regulatory escalation rights, any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 Right to Amend. 9aph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material amendments via the platform notification system, registered email address, or SMS to the registered mobile number, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Continued Use. Continued access to or use of the 9aph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a User does not agree to any amended provision, they must notify 9aph and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
14.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Prior versions of these Terms are not published on the platform but may be made available upon written request to the 9aph support team.
